About CJA
Established in 1981, the firm of Canzian / Johnston & Associates
(CJA) provides a full range of architectural services for light
industrial, recreational, commercial, religious, institutional
and residential projects. Since 1987, CJA has been in a
controlled expansion program to fulfill increased requests for
our services. This expansion includes additional staff
(currently twelve with four registered architects) and
computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) systems.
While the Firm has expanded, a primary objective
of ours remains: to establish a close working relationship with
our clients. this relationship along with an open ear helps to
ensure our responsiveness to your building needs and
requirements. To assist us with this, Harold (Jay) Johnston, a
principal of the Firm, will be directly in charge of your
project. The success of our objectives can be measured in terms
of client loyalty, many of whom have continued utilizing our
services since the establishment of the firm.
Clients facing major project undertakings are
apprehensive over the planning/design/construction process, but
Canzian / Johnston & Associates will assist you through the
various phases. We provide complete architectural/planning
service for this process (from conception through a completed
facility) including preparation of documentation required by all
regulatory agencies as well as interfacing with these regulatory
agencies on your behalf.
